The architectural projects of my father, Luis Rafael Cervantes (1937-2008), has always influenced my work as an artist. My father was my mentor and I am dedicating this section to the multiple projects that he worked on during his over 50 years of professional life.
My father worked in the city of Monterrey, Mexico and worked on many different projects in universities, churches, industries and residential work. I grew up seeing him work on all these projects and walking through the constructions he was building.
